Rates & Insurance

Consultation fees are determined by the type of service requested (individual, couple, family, and group) and length of session time.  Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.  I will be happy to discuss this with you further either in person or via telephone.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • Do I have an HMO or a PPO?
  • Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health?
  • What is my deductible for out-of-network coverage for mental health?  Has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If you have a PPO, we are an out-of-network provider and will provide you with all the necessary billing information so that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  We do not bill insurance company's directly.  Please call for further information 951-941-2020 or clarification.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis dependent on circumstances and confirmation of need.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
