Consultation fees are determined by the type of service requested (individual, couple, family, and group) and length of session time. Please contact me via phone or email for further information.
Insurance services may be covered in part by your health insurance or health savings benefit plan. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions of your provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do I have an HMO or a PPO?
- Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health?
If you have a PPO, we are an out-of-network provider and will provide you with all the necessary billing information so that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note: we do not accept or bill insurance company's directly. Please call for further information 951-941-2020 or clarification.
To pay my respects to our U.S. Military for the sacrifices they make on our behalf, there is a reduced fee for active military personnel and their families.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
